Virginia is excellent at what she does and is very knowledgeable and informative about products and procedures. She maximizes my packages to meet my needs. My only downside is I can't book appointments on line. My account has been owed and I followed procedures for new password etc. And still can't get in.

I’m highly satisfied because overall my experience was great. My appointment was at 9am I did arrive 5 mins early to my appointment and the store was closed. I think they shouldn’t have 9am appointments if the store don’t open up until 9am

The massage therapist, Tyler, Concord Pike in Wilmington DE is outstanding. He has such warm healing hands. He really listens well to your concerns and checks in with you frequently about the pressure on sore or aching areas.

Never had a facial but it was great. I was so relaxed and almost fell asleep several times.
