I am always greeted with a pleasant smile by the receptionists. Then my massage therapist comes up at my appointment time, listens to my concerns and aims to please. Tierra is the absolute best!

This was my first massage since the pandemic! The therapist was amazing and she focused on my stress areas with a great amount of pressure! She did an amazing job and my experience at hands and stone was great! Definitely coming back with the same therapist!

The woman who does my waxing, her name is Virginia, she is AMAZING. The only reason I am still a member here is because of Virginia. The woman at the desk always gives me problems. Never gets my appointments right. Is very rude and cold as well. Over the phone, I can never even hear what she is saying, and she won't speak up when I ask her to. She is also not knowledgeable about the systems that H&S uses and isn't very helpful. There are 2 receptionists there that I LOVE and prefer to work with, Zach, and the new female employee (sorry, I do not know her name).

My first time getting a heated stone massage! Simply AMAZING! My Therapist - David did a great job and was very accommodating!

Prompt and attentive service. David knew I had a facial after my massage so he provided a robe and slippers for my convenience. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Excellent services provided.

Crystal listened to my concerns. She asked me what type of pressure I prefer. Easy to use my gift card.
