Hand and Stone

I feel like every year you have a price increase, I feel like it will be over $100 pretty soon, not sure I can keep up with all the price increases.

Hand and stone is a good facility. I started the process to freeze my account in August 2023. I was traveling too often to make good use of the service each month, too many credits went unused. A form was sent by a manager to an email other than mine, (my name was misspelled) and I did not notice this as it was sent during Labor Day Weekend, I do not wish to continue to accrue credits there, I have made that clear and I have been reasonable. I would like to stop the billing. But it seems that process is very lengthy and complicated. Seems that the system to get out of the contract could be made simpler. You don't want to force folks to get massage, I am assuming, nor should massage be stressful at any point. This is now stressful and I am regretting entering into this contract.

I think highly satisfied means everything was perfect. My appointment did not start on time and that would be fine if the time was made up on the back end.

My membership cost has increased twice during the past year. Also, I'm not sure why I had to pay double for having CBD used during my massage, even though it was a two-hour massage. It seems like you're trying to nickle-and-dime customers for everything.

Hand and Stone was great! My massage therapist Eric was very friendly. He really focused on what I asked him to focus on. Will definitely come back

I was satified, just very expensive.

If I put all “highly satisfied” that to me means the there’s no reason to find ways to make the experience better. Wouldn’t want to have you get complacent.

My husband and I came as couple massage gifted and his massage was not comfortable he had too much pressure it actually hurt. I told him he should have said something but he doesn't like to complain think next time less pressure for him. Mine was good not too much pressure and relaxing.

I adore Javon. Sad Sloan left. Will never see Isabella again unless there is no other choice. When I use up my unused credits, I will consider canceling membership.

Membership is getting too expensive.
