It was a pleasant experience. Signing forms every time I come in is a bit disconcerting. The computer payment system was showing other members information.

My biggest complaint would be with booking availability. The massage therapist schedules are booked out for at least 3 weeks. When an appointment is canceled due to the massage therapist being sick, there's no on-call therapist available. So when my appointment is canceled the same day, I can't reschedule my appointment for 2-3 weeks, not immediately within 2-3 days

2 times H&S canceled my appointments the same day. Therapist is forever unavailable. Had to search again for another therapist. Hopefully this new one isn't booked 6 months in advance like the last 4 I've been through. Difficulty pausing membership. I feel belittled, feel I have to explain myself, THEN still get charged a $10. Hold fee monthly. I never signed on to this program

The service provider wasn't confident. They changed among three different facial packages as my facial progressed which confused me. The appointment ended up running 30 minutes over. At the end my skin wasn't nearly as refreshed or impacted as past facials with other providers at the same location.

First, I’ve never been here before and I had to book an appointment 3 weeks out. Secondly, I had to put down my credit card to hold the appointment. I don’t like that. She asked me for my card number over the phone. I didn’t feel good about that so I drove down to the location in person later that day. By the time I got there no more appointments were available for three weeks. Thirdly, I wanted a full body massage for relaxation. I made the mistake of telling the massage therapist I had a pinched nerve in my leg. She spent 40 -45 minutes of the massage working on this area which was incredibly painful. It’s two days later and the area she worked on is still sore from her deep pressure. I just wanted a relaxing massage not a targeted massage for my first visit. I feel like she should have asked me if I wanted her to work on that area the majority of the time or just a few minutes extra. It didn’t help. I still have a pinched nerve. And my neck still is tight because she skipped my neck!
