My therapist was very good and listened to my needs. She spent extra time on the areas that needed it. The front desk was super nice.

Massage therapist did not take me back until almost 1040 and then by the time I changed and she got into the service it was probably about 1045 and then massage ended 1125

I waited past me appointment time before I was invited back into a room, but my massage stopped like 40 minutes later, not the full fifty minutes.

I was satisfied but chose to not select highly satisfied as I was sore 2-3 days following the appointment. I understand why this is the case. I was recommended to do 90 minutes next time and I will take my therapist’s recommendation

I was very satisfied. On my paperwork, i had requested wearing a mask. I’m used to the product being warm. Anything I put neutral on did NOT mean I wasn’t happy. I was just neutral and it didn’t matter either way. I like how informative the person is. I will request rhe same person.

Love coming in for massages. Eric is excellent. I had a gift certificate and I thought my message was completely covered. When I checked out, I had an additional bill of $60.00. My gift certificate experience cost me $80.00 - additional $60 plus the tip. I think the cost of a message is very high. I know the membership (which I had for about 18 months) makes this service more affordable but this is not something I can afford to do monthly. I may not be able to come back because of the cost.

They make you fill out paperwork every single time you come in. As a member for several years that comes twice per month, it is so tedious and unnecessary to make me fill out the paperwork every time.

As I mentioned previously, the receptionist employee did not show up to work that morning. I arrived on time to find H&S door locked. A few minutes later, my massage therapist unlocked the location for everyone, and did her best to open the front desk for all appointments. She was friendly and polite with everyone waiting, but she did not have access to computer info/waivers typical with a normal H&S checkin experience. Another customer was turned away, I think, because her booked person also didn’t show up to work that morning. After my therapist made sure everyone was helped, she was available for my appointment. Maybe 10-15 minutes past schedule? But I enjoyed my massage, which is my priority.
