Hand and Stone

I have had a hard time finding a massage therapist and when I do, they seem to leave. The last person I saw was not the person I was told I was going to see when I booked my appt.

I feel like the services provided were not explained at all. My first time here and I walked into my massage and she said what do you want. I said a massage I guess, I have never been here before.

Cancellation of first appointment due to COVID. No effort to reschedule on same day.

I waited 15mins after my appointment time before I was met and started the massage. Not sure why or what was going on for the delay.

The membership price is going up with no upgrades.

The price I was charged was substantially more than the cost that was indicated online. I paid because I didn’t want to cause a hassle in the lobby.

I was satisfied. The staff was friendly and the service was good. My experience was very positive. The one thing I found strange, which had nothing to do with the esthetician or the receptionist was that I had to sign legal disclaimers before my service. I guess I understand that companies need to protect themselves, but having to sign legal documents prior to a relaxing, pampering session was a little odd.

I’ve had problems with my online account registering my membership so I cannot book online! I’ve called the location where I signed up to fix it and they have done nothing!

I was not given the price which I responded to in an email.
