I was disappointed that when I asked at my booking to make note of my miscarriage so I wouldn't have to discuss in person that it didn't happen. I still had to tell both the women I worked with about it. Thankfully they were both super pleasant and understanding. I've also had a few mess-ups with bookings in the past and never received a response via email or any acknowledgment when I mentioned the problem at my next appointment.

Lisa, who did my facial treatmen, is very new! She needs more experience and practice in working with the equipment and knowledge of treatments. What she did clogged my skin more than opening.

It is becoming more and more difficult to get appointments at this particular branch. I am going to try another branch in Cherry Creek. A little further away but they have good therapists there.

Front desk too pushy with services, expired hand sanitizer in massage room

I should mention that I booked the appointment at the last minute and arrived late, so I felt like the staff did their best to get me in and start my appointment on time. The receptionist was the only one there when I arrived so she couldn’t attend to me right away but I didn’t fault her for that. I appreciated not having to wait long, even though I got a little lost and arrived a few minutes behind schedule.

I am satisfied with my experience. I didn’t mark highly satisfied because the treatment space is pretty basic aesthetically.

When asked about the monthly $69 value of a massage every month I declined politely THREE times. This was very frustrating as to why I was kept being hassled to get it. Then I was asked what didn’t work for me when I told the receptionist three times that I don’t know my husbands schedule I can’t guarantee a time I could come in. And I also don’t have an extra $70 every month to spend on a massage. It’s very frustrating when I keep having to repeat myself. This is why I don’t come to chain places like these ones I felt pressured and not heard. After I declined the last time she could barely make eye contact with me. The massage therapist was great, she was very accommodating, friendly and very nice. But I will not be coming back because you guys can’t seem to understand “no” the first time.
