I have asked twice to pause my membership since my packages stacked up during COVID. I was told I would get an email with a form to complete but I still haven't received it, so I guess I will have to ask a 3rd time.

Although we arrived on time for the appointment, there was only one receptionist who was taking care of 3 clients. We waited about 5 min. already into our "appointment time" and then was given an iPad to fill out info- so that took another 10 min. I feel that the part with the iPad could've been done AFTER the appointment. In total, we lost about 25 min. of our massage time because of waiting for the receptionist and filling out the form until we were escorted to our couples massage. I am disappointed that I felt rushed even though we were on time and did not receive a full 50 min. massage.

I am very disappointed in the change of personnel. The person that does my facials and is wonderful has left. The person who replaced her is also gone and there is only 1 to do facials.

Had a therapist who did not address the area I came in for when I booked a 90 minute for that specific reason. Also booked hot stones and he burned me. Do like other therapist so will continue for now with them.

My 80 min massage was excellent. However, the communication between reception and therapists is off because I booked an 80 with Himalayan Hot Stone with foot treatment. That was a bit disappointing but receptionist only used one of my packages which I felt was the right way to resolve it.
