Dont like how hard it is to get an appointment at this location had times where they had to reschedule my appointment. Also referred a friend and she had a bad experience. I believe the front desk girls need to to be nicer when answering phones as well as checking people in they need to make sure they make people feel more welcomed and valued.

Scalp massage was more of a neck/shoulder rub, not at all what I expected. Little attention to lower back, my problem spot. Therapist too personal about her own life.

I had booked my appointment with a specific massage therapist. The morning of the appointment I was contacted to be told that my appointment was with a different therapist. After a couple of phone calls the error was fixed. This was bothersome BUT was ultimately resolved. I am hoping this was a one time error & will not be a reoccurring problem. The experience was positive enough that I am willing to give this facility another try.

It was not clear that the added service that I asked for - peppermint scalp massage - would be part of the 90 minute service, and not an extra allotted time. Had I known this, I would have skipped the scalp massage to avoid cutting into the great work the therapist was doing. The peppermint oil didn't add anything to the experience. Another point about pricing/included services: I signed up as a member, and the receptionist did the best she could to explain the costs/discounts, etc. She gave me a fact sheet that was supposed to make all that clear, but it is very general and doesn't include specific numbers/prices.

I would feel much more comfortable getting services if I knew which employees were vaccinated - I would seek services from these individuals only

My massage did not begin until 20 plus minutes after my appointment time. There was not clarification of all the services I could receive. And the pressure of the massage left me feeling a bit sore afterwards.

The questions were badly written. If I was less than highly satisfied it was because I had no expectations in that area, but "NA" was not an option.

My appointment was for 9 pm and I did not get my full service. I entered the massage room at 0910 pm and the massage ended right at 10 pm. I was not offered an upgrade nor discount for not receiving the paid full service. My massage therapist is very good but I just wished he was allowed to accommodate me with an upgrade or discount.

The therapist arrived late to the appointment. The receptionist didn't even know the therapist worked at that location. There was miscommunication and therapist seemed rushed with me because she was late. I had a hot stone massage but felt the therapist didn't use the stones very much.
