Hand and Stone

I always book my appointments with Rosa, and I pre-booked this one as I was leaving my March appointment. But when I arrived, it turned out my appointment was with Mercedes and there was no real explanation as to why. It turned out Mercedes was great, but I would've appreciated a heads-up if my therapist was going to be unavailable.

My Massage was completed only at 40 Minutes

I came in feeling stiff and achey. I left feeling sore all over. It was still tender 3 days later. Almost like a bridge, but not visible.

I was not being notified of Spa closure during inclement weather.

N/A. This should be an if/then box in order to make a good survey. Poor survey structure.

Satisfied is good enough.

Pressure started off great, then faded as massage went on. I had asked for medium to firm pressure. I do not see massages as relaxation but I see it as therapy for my muscles and I almost fell asleep. I do not feel as though my massage was as effective as previous massages I received at Hand & Stone.

It was 10 minutes past the appointment time and nobody was saying anything so I asked and one of the gals said “we are running behind, don’t worry you will get your full time.” She wasn’t very friendly and she made me feel bad for even asking

I needed more time, which was not available and my issues need more than one session
