Hand and Stone

Focu on problem area and then relaxing back massage. Then flipped and rushed rest and didn’t use lotion and it was uncomfortable and I left less relaxed than when started

I had never used the Himalayan salt stones before and I was not impressed with them. I didn’t feel any different or better afterwards. I have previously used a different therapist (who I loved), but since she left I had to use a new therapist this visit.

My therapist had nails that were long enough to keep scratching me during my massage, especially at the neck area and this became uncomfortable. I mentioned when I first entered the massage room that I was having pain in my back, especially my lower back. I said because of time limit we should probably focus on upper body, my back and then my foot treatment. I guess I assumed that the therapist heard that I needed my lower back attended to but that must not be part of "my back and upper body". I believe it was miscommunication.

Mercedes is an awesome therapist she really gets into this tough spots to offer instant relief. She is great!

A little to much time spent messaging just below my back. The next morning I was overly sore .

The massage therapist did not ask about pressure during the massage just at the very beginning. She used excessive pressure on my shoulders which tend to be more sensitive then the rest of my body.

I was very satisfied and will continue my membership. I think your products are excellent and your massage people are very good and don't leave constantly.

When I checked out, the price of the massage was significantly higher than scheduled for. Price was adjusted but I was never asked about my interest in a membership. I was rushed and now will probably look elsewhere for my next massage.

I was not highly satisfied only becaus I'm of the previous features Hand and Stone had before COVID. Howerever I understand why some of those things were taken away. Things such as a warm drink or coconut water are no longer available but did add a nice touch before a massage.

I really like the facials I get at hand and stone, but I’ve never received a great massage from hand and stone. I can get a better massage elsewhere for a better price.
