The therapist had acid reflux, so he was belching, stomach gurgling and had to pause throughout - awkward to listen to while in a massage. Not his fault though, I get that. He was also overly talkative (IMHO), so it was hard to relax. Would be nice to have refreshments available. Would like to use an app to make appt.

For most questions, I was highly satisfied. The price is a hit high but I do appreciate the quality of service. I have no other suggestions.

Was hoping face abs head massage would be included in full body massage, since a lot of tension was in my head/neck area. Having the option fit louder music would be really nice. I prefer to not talk during the massage and that seems to help with relaxing. Dussapointed how much the add ones are-for essential oil, etc. seems bit pricey when massage is already high.

I would like to be offered a massage oil that smells good. I like leaving a massage smelling fresh and clean.

The on line access to account services such as making reservations for appointments is not user friendly, there is redundant log in request and the account information does not carry over from the old site to the new site. Love the options to fill out paperwork ahead on line. Miss the refreshment offering (hot tea/coconut water etc) which seems to be important after a massage.

Email messages haven't made it to me. We verified and corrected the email address. I wanted to come regularly and did sign up for a membership. They offered protected documentation that I wasn't able to hold and wasn't clear on the full benefits of membership. I was assured information of the offer would come soon and hasn't yet arrived. larraine62@live.com

I was told temps would be taken as a protective measure for those. Coming to the facility that was not so. I needed more neck work but not sure if that was a “COVID “ safety measure since the proximity to the face. Could not use some discounts that were available at the spa I signed up at... did not know that limits to what you can use where.

I loved my massage therapist but I like to experience a massage in silence and she talked to me throughout the massage. She was really nice and gave a great massage but I just prefer silence when I get a massage.

I have not had a massage in about 60 days. I wanted an 80 minute massage. I received a call about 50 minutes ahead saying I missed my 50 minute appt. Could not reschedule an 80 minute.
