Just needed a hot towel after the massage but I understand that with the Coronavirus and it being the last day of the store being open, things were not as available.

every time I tell them to charge 20% they do $22 but it shouldn't be that high. Last week I said can you do $17.00 for gratuity and she said well 20% is $22.00 at that point I was embarrassed so I said ok that's fine. I did spend more money so I was semi ok with that. I did inquire about it and she said well normal price is higher. what is the normal price of a massage? some of your people are worth the $22 gratuity but some are not.

My therapist had really bad breath. For the most part, this did not bother me, but when she was working around my head, that was a problem. I found the pressure she used was slightly inconsistent. I should have definitely asked for more in some areas, but other areas were fine.

The deep tissue massage from Samantha was excellent! I will request her when I return.

Have years of pain and arthritis in jaw, neck and shoulders. I felt reticent to ask for more pressure since she’d already told me she’d do deep tissue.

My therapist was very nice, she just talked A LOT. I prefer quiet massages. I feel like this preference could be added to the check in sheet for first time customers. "Do you prefer a quiet massage or some conversation with your therapist?" Most place I have been to follow the lead of the client. This did not happen. I did not want to make her feel bad, so I just listened. She didn't get the hint. I could have been more vocal about my preferences, but it felt awkward to ask her to stop talking about her kids & her life.

There was another person in my appointment. She said she was new but I think the aesthetician is the one that was new. Please be truthful about what is going on. The aesthetician told me what she was doing but didn't say what that did for me. Many of the other explain why they area applying the product.

I should have inquired about more treatment options directly related to my skin problems. My skin did not necessarily look or feel different or better after my last treatment.

It sounded like there was music from a cell phone playing during the massage (on top of the normal music), which was a bit distracting.
