The facial was amazing! the massage was disappointing. I didn’t feel listened to for the problem areas. And it felt as if he was falling asleep during the massage or completely lost track of time for doing a competent job. An 80 min massage should feel completely relaxed.

The therapist is a very good masseuse. However, he tends to want to talk during the treatment when all I want to do is relax and be quiet.

Wait time, no information from the receptionist regarding products, waiting area playing with very little literature to read while waiting.

Therapist was completely not focused on doing a good job. More interested in talking, and so distracted by his own thoughts that my requested full body massage was not relaxing or satisfying at all.

Although friendly and adept therapist shared TMI re personal life. If I had to pay current prices I could not afford. Think massages should be one hour, not 50 minutes.

I was actually quite satisfied with my experience. My massage therapist was wonderful and took everything that I needed into consideration. However, while she was extremely friendly and personable, I was unable to really, truly relax during my experience, because she was creating conversation and continued to talk throughout the entirety of my massage experience. She did a great job, but I wanted to walk away feeling relaxed and recharge and because I had to engage in conversation with her the entire time, I left feeling less so. She was a great massage therapist, truly no complaints on her work, but it's nice to be surrounded by silence in this type of setting. I do a lot of talking and listening and people pleasing at work. I was hoping that I wouldn't have to do that during my massage, but ended up doing so anyway. I will most likely return, just not to this specific massage therapist.

My therapist did a great job on my back and I would love to have another massage on the same level. I don't want to be rude, and I did enjoy the massage, but the therapist spoke to me throughout the entire massage. I prefer a quiet, relaxing, trying-to-not-fall-asleep massage. It's hard to respond to small talk in a situation like that. The therapist did a fantastic job on my back, though, and the girls at the front desk were fantastic.

The first time I came to this location Kelly gave me a wonderful massage. The second time I was with angelica and I specified an intensely painful knot in my back that hasn't let me sleep for over a week but she used her forearms for +80% of the massage not addressing the knot at all. I am still in the same pain and wasted $60.

Hard to book appts with same person. People always leaving .. found I went to another location further from home .. don’t like that
