Hand and Stone

The therapist was running late about 10 minutes. Also I requested he work on my legs and feet. He did a overall body massage that did not take into account my request

Combined two visits, was offered an upgrade in service (hot stone etc.,) would have preferred max massage time, was not explained that I could have had 100 minutes if I picked different time

My massage therapist,Cody,is great and told me I could take the Eucalyptus lotion that was used for my appointment. There was a small amount left. As I was leaving, the receptionist told me she would "take the lotion." How cheap is this company?

I joined and then quit and just rejoined. One of my problems is that the massage is 50 minutes not 60. On a number of occasions my massage was 47-48 minutes because I check. I know it’s just a few minutes but it’s minutes I have paid for and would really prefer 50-52 minutes to be sure.

I WAS highly satisfied. Angelica is tops. I recommend her. I JUST CANNOT AFFORD IT. I WISH I COULD. HAND AND STONE IS VERY NICE.

Just average. Nothing outstanding.

The songs on the music were not the best and had high pitches. It was one song that had chimes. The other song was birds. And the last was drums.

It has been a challenge to book a massage and facial on the same day. I was looking at the products and some if the test products were empty. I think the facials are a bit pricey but i typically don't get them anyway.

A 50 minute massage is too short for the cost. A full 60 minutes would make a difference. In my 2 recent visits, I felt the therapists were not skilled enough at addressing my specific areas where I needed more work because of aches/pain.

It seems as thought each time I come appointments tend to run further and further behind. At my last appointment, I showed up 10 minutes early and wasn't seen by my therapist until 15 minutes after my appointment was meant to start. No one acknowledged that I was waiting for so long or gave an update.
