Everything was great. The massage was awesome and employees were super professional and friendly. I’m not sure if I would ever mark highly satisfied because there’s always room for improvement. I feel that being satisfied with the service is just as good. I hope this company still gives credit to the store and employees for comments marked at the satisfied level because it’s ridiculous not to.

The therapist I usually have was unavailable. The other did not focus on the body parts I requested

I have 6 month pre paid membership and I'm on my 4th month but used all my 6 visit. So I was going to pay for extra service but they wanted to charge me non member price which was $100 instead of $60 which is I would pay with my membership. so I told them if my membership ended, I want to buy 6month package again so I can pay for this service with member fee but they said system said I already have membership so I cant purchase anymore membership. So I have member ship but I have to pay non member price? Manager was not there to solve the problem so I just had to leave but it needs to be fixed soon.

I had to have a new therapist as the one I was seeing regularly is no longer there. The new therapist is knowledgeable and I'm sure with time I'll get more comfortable with him.

The customer service was great! Very prompt service and great communication. I liked the therapist, the service he gave was great. I will try a different therapist next time to see if there be lash chatting.

The ambiance is ok. Not great in reception area.

Both visits, the schedule has been running behind. The treatment and experience was great though beyond that.

It was a great experience.. the facial was good and nice service employees My face is kind of dry and not sure if hydration needs were addressed

Although therapist was attentive and personable, not as proficient as former therapist, Francis. Expecting gratuities of more than 20% is excessive. Continuous reception personnel changes.

I have had experiences at another place that did facials that had more options.
