The rewards points no longer applied to extra 30 mins massage upgrade.

There was nothing specific. I really wasn't paying attention to the waiting area or massage room. I was just focused on getting a massage. It was an average massage, the receptionist was very helpful later that night when I thought I left my Drivers Licence behind. She went to look for it, but I found it later myself. Other than that that's the main thing I rememberwas how helpful she was

I booked online and for whatever reason you could not retrieve my card information. I was under the impression that this was a longer facial, so a bit disappointed.

Dis-satisfied with the constant change over of staff, and front desk has declined in friendliness and attention to customers, don't offer upgrades or water, etc

Not this visit, but the prior visit, the masseuse was five minutes late, did not acknowledge it, nor did she make up for it by extending the massage 5 minutes

Mercedes did an excellent job with my massage.

The products used during my upgraded facial for the hydration facial smelt absolutely horrible. After I left and got in my car I noticed I had dried left over mask all over my face. Worst facial experience ever. I won’t be “upgrading” my facial service again.

I dislike the constant sales pitch. Massages are supposed to be relaxing and already an investment of money. The bombardment I’d upgraded and membership is offputting.

I've been a member for about a year now, and have had about 5 different massage therapists in that time. I have noticed with every single one of them that they never actually massage for the full 50 minutes. They always bring me back a few minutes late, give me 5-10 minutes to change and then still finish at the normal scheduled time, meaning my massage is only 35-40 minutes long. It feels like I am not getting what I paid for.

My massage therapist is/was great! I have gone to Sanniva several times. She is knowledgeable, personable and professional - which is why I have returned and would recommend Hand and Stone. The receptionists are delightful as well. I do not like the fact that I have to be a "member" to get a more reasonable price for a massage, pay ahead of time and renew to get a more reasonable price.
