I feel that the option to upgrade to an 80 minute massage for members isn't any different than non-members. We don't really get any incentive to prolong our massages or get massagesmore frequently. I wish that the membership had more perks than just the one massager per month.

The experience met my needs. It was not outstanding but was certainly satisfactory. I will continue my membership for the time being.

Everything was good. It seems the member massage time has shortened??

Pressure to give tip

Some therapist are not as effective as a different therapist we have been seeing. It is a great experience for the price but just not as effective.

I had called a few weeks ago to unfreeze my account. After completing my appointment I learned my account had not been unfrozen and a payment had not been made as expected. The owner was great and got everything straightened out. It would have been nice for my request to have been handled when I called the first time.

I was satisfied! I just am on my fourth estecian and thought she did a wonderful fabulous job but I just wasn’t sure of the steps they always seem so different from person-to-person I wander what are they doing

Couple items.. 1 - I wish the reception room - for waiting for treatments - was in the back - in a quiet/darker space - to prepare for the relaxation. 2 - I wish there was a locker room - or shower ability - to rinse off before the massage to be fresh to enjoy it..

The massage therapist had really bad breath that I could smell during my massage and there was a constant dripping faucet. Both were distractions. Other than that everything was great.
