I go to the Tamarac location. I love my massage therapist, Kim. She is wonderful. However, my experiences with Tanya have not been great. She's very cold and acts as if I'm inconveniencing her when I need to change appointment times or ask her questions about my membership. She was pretty inflexible about my using points that I've accrued while being a member and was quick to let me know I couldn't use them since I'm not renewing. I'll be gifting my last massage to my husband for Fathers Day. Tanya is primarily the reason I won't be continuing my membership. I will miss Kim ALOT!!!!!

It can be difficult to get scheduled with the person you want to see and when you get used to someone they leave. Overall I am pleased with services received there seems to be a recent change in management and as a customer I can tell.

My experience meets but rarely exceeds expectation.

my massage was terrible, not enough lotion, not satisfying--I left more tense than when I went in, but management made it right and I am happy with H&S overall despite this one bad service.

Added cold stone face massage at check in and therapist was not aware so I missed out on the service. I think I will be compensated next visit for that service.

Please don't get me wrong. I like H&S. I feel that with the cost of living climbing up so high in the Denver Metro area and wages are not quite catching up to it, I personally dislike having recurring costs being charged to my credit card. It's the economy. Not H&S's fault.

IT WAS A FACIAL. NOT EXQUISITE IN ANY WAY. WOULD HAVE LIKED THE CHOICE TO DO MICRODERM AND/OR PEEL. IT WAS NICE. I THINK THE PRICE FOR ONE FACIAL A MONTH IS TOO MUCH AND I WILL PROBABLY NOT BE A MEMBER..

Appointments availability on weekends are very limited at my preferred times, and some of my appointments were cancelled the last minute (about an hour before the appointment) with no compensation offered.

I had never had a male massage therapist before, I had a panic attack(not the therapist fault) related to an unrelated past experience in my life and got stuck in my head, unable to say anything to the therapist and he didn't notice I wasn't relaxing nor could I talk (He wasn't asking questions during our sessions either to gauge pressure after the initial ask, which was a little too deep/rough for me as well, although it did take care of the physical aches my body had). Also I never knew when he used the aromatherapy on me that I paid for to relax, more of that would have helped as well as lowering the lights in the room, it was too bright (or at the very least covering my eyes).
