I felt welcomed from the first step in the door. The Ambiance was great. The receptionist was so sweet and nice so I tried a scalp and aroma therapy with my massage. Eric was great and worked out the knots. Will be back for more. Great job

Massage Therapist is very good

JoJo is a great massage therapist. Everything always goes smoothly in my visits. I do wish I had the option of playing my own music during my visits. I know you are a franchisee and have to pay royalties on the music you play but I wonder if you can skirt that by having customers provide their own music….or use “old school” CD players.

My aesthetician was lovely It is low key (not snobby) but nice Location is fairly close and has easy parking

My sister and brother in law who have memberships referred me. I called and the receptionist went above and beyond to show me all my options for my first visit. She was incredibly helpful at that time as well as when I came in. My therapist was insanely good. My back pain went away after my first visit with her. I loved her so much I didn't think twice about becoming a member when it was time to check out. Very lovely experience and looking forward to more!
