Sydney is awesome, no problem there. Was over-charged twice. Membership was not factored in the first time, the second time, I was charged for the "free" upgrade. The product I purchased was expired, buy 1-year. I didn't notice this until I got home. I called, spoke with Makayla, she took care of the overcharge, and asked that I bring the expired product back. I'm still seeing both charges pending on my account (close to $300 - charge s/b close to $113.24), and no credits. I understand credits may take a little longer. I'll watch for them, for sure.

It was pleasant and calming which fit the reason I was going

Everything was great. The therapist i had this time was amazing. I guess i didnt realize i needed a doctors note for a problem area. Sometimes finding the best appointment time is tough

Massage was just ok

It was nice - the receptionist didn't know my name after my massage - maybe she was new - seemed overwhelmed

I think the massage should be for 60 minutes as other places have this time. Also I do not always get the therapist I want

All good. I do need to state at the beginning of the massage that I wish to be quiet and peaceful during the massage. I feel that there is too much talking and sometimes I really need to just be quiet without so much conversation. This is my time to relax, exhale and distress.

Love the choices of beverages offered while waiting, being able to schedule appointment on line is very convenient, great atmosphere in the spa and friend staff.

I thought I did say highly satisfied. If not, I think satisfied is very good too. It's my 3rd estetician and I have to get re-adjusted. I wonder why she didn't do any extractions? But, I really was very, very happy with her!

I'd prefer a membership fee that was every other month or every 3rd month. It's hard for me to get there once monthly.
