Hand and Stone

Had my very first facial today with Melissa and it was such a nice experience. After sharing about my skin and face, I was well taken care of and felt so relaxed throughout. I didn't feel rushed at all and Melissa was professional, kind, and knowledgable. The front desk receptionists were also lovely, welcoming, and so helpful. I'm looking forward to my next visit :)

Nice and friendly

Now that I have moved locations I find I can get in for treatments on my schedule easier than before. I also love how friendly the front desk staff - they make me feel like a familiar face instead of just another customer.

Check in and out receptionists were beyond friendly , Kesem in particular. Therapist listened to my needs for appointment

I really like the attention of all the staff and the harmony of the place.

I work an 8:00 - 5:00 pm job, like most people. It seems like there aren’t a lot of appointments available on the weekends of after 5:30 that make it possible for me to schedule appointments that aren’t weeks in advance.

I enjoy it but not sure as I am not even mid way through my current contract.

I was greeted by friendly reception staff who provided me with a warmed neck pillow while I waited. The therapist (Nicky) took the time to assess my needs and kept it pleasant and professional! My aches and pains are gone!
