Hand and Stone

Mercedes was excellent during my 90min massage. I just wanted a relaxing experience which she delivered. My last two 90min massages at the Stapleton location (Dawn & Chris) were meh. Decided not to go back there again and try this one instead. Happy I did. First regular massage was with Samantha which was also great. She does not do 90min which I prefer. I would definitely go back to her again if she did.

Eric is amazing! He is so thoughtful! You can tell he really cares about what he does; he was very responsive and targeted my unique trouble points with ease. He is awesome!

The girl who booked my appointment (Ingrid ,I believe was her name) , was very friendly and accommodating to find a time that would work for me. Sloan the esthetician was very gregarious and made me feel at ease and comfortable in the room with the warming blanket on . He couldn’t have been any nicer checking in with me to make sure everything was ok.

The process is very easy, the staff is always friendly and helpful; and the masseuses' have always been comfortable, careful, and highly skilled in resloving my issues.

The massage therapist is excellent and she was able to help treat my aches. I have back problems and she knew how to address those issues.

Booking and rescheduling was easy. Therapist was very good. Experience was very relaxing.

I feel the delay was for extra cleaning so I am okay with that. My massage was still the correct length of time. The massage therapist did a GREAT job!

Eric, my massage therapist is knowledgeable, personable and highly effective. The before and after each session with him is like night and day. I return because of him.

I come back because of Oscar. His knowledge and attention has been the reason I use H&S instead of physical therapy. His personality is very welcoming and helpful. I rely on him for pain relief and knowledge about what’s going on with my body.
