Ronnie is the only reason I return for service. He understands me well and delivers the massage (preferred deep pressure) efficiently, delicately and most professionally. These sessions with Ronnie have been the best experiences that no other masseurs have delivered!

Like the idea of a membership that gives me a discounted price. I am looking for facials and massages given in one location.

Dee is AMAZING! She knows what she is doing, talks when appropriate and stays quiet when I want to relax... I would prefer to see her every time!

Very professional, facial was very relaxing.

I was running a few minutes late to my appointment but they were very understanding and were able to still take me in. Once I got there, one receptionist was busy so another worker (who was off the clock) came over and checked me in, which was very nice and he did not have to do that. During the facial, my esthetician was very nice and it being my first time, she made sure to explain every step she was doing and what the products were/how they would help my skin. At the end, I got a few samples of the products she recommended and steps on how to use them which was very helpful.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. My therapist was on time for my appointment and asked if the pressure was right.

Receptioninsts were very friendly. Massage therapist was excellent. She really knew what she was doing. This was my first massage and she communicated what she was doing.

I have been a member for several years and have never had a bad experience with anyone at Hand & Stone. Mercedes is an excellent message therapist.

JoJo is a wonderful therapist and the rest of the staff is always wonderful. My other therapist is Ronnie who I will always recommend to anywayone
