The front desk staff were very friendly and explained the updated cleaning process. My massage therapist, Irma seemed to really take her time to offer a relaxing massage. I felt safe and appreciated.

From booking to checking in and the massage itself, everything was a breeze. Everyone was friendly through the process. The therapist applied the right amount of pressure and was able to work through my neck and back.
