Attempted to book on-line and use introductory first time offer. on-line booking did not seem to allow that. Just called and pleasant receptionist scheduled and honored the first time rate. Only problem. Otherwise, the service and massage were fine and the masseau was excellent.

The receptionist, regardless who she is, as always smiling, friendly and wanting me to feel welcome. The waiting area is always clean, but (RECOMMENDATION HERE) you could get some magazines that would be appropriate for men or gender neutral. And they don't have to be sports, weightlifting, etc. This was the first time I had Maria and she was right on with the firmness and covering all the muscles that needed work. I like that you have coconut water. It is unique.

My therapist knows exactly when I need to relax. The aura of the place is calming and the people are friendly.

Everyone is friendly and nice. I love my esthetician, she's mostly why I love hand and stone. The environment is clean and I love the bed warmers and the knee bolster.
