I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Hand and Stone. The receptionist was very welcoming and the massage therapist was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my wants and needs and specifically focused on those areas. I already have another appointment scheduled and I'm looking forward to the ongoing massage therapy I'll be receiving.

Checkin was easy and efficient, as always. Michelle was very knowledgeable about skin problems and suggested a good course for my treatment. Overall exceptionally professional & very relaxing.

Great service

I like the availability of my therapist. The facility is nice, clean and has easy parking. The rooms are quiet and you can't hear other patrons.

Rosa was amazing! I had major neck and shoulder pain and she was so great I felt like a new person leaving the massage :)

First of all, my therapist was available 10 min before my appointment time so I was quite surprised with that. My therapist, Kaelyn was very flexible for me to adjust pressure during the massage. She was friendly and gave me knowledge about other products available at H&S. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
