I was on time, and so was Sydney. I've never waited for a long time, which is nice. Sydney asked if I had ever had a microderm abrasion, which I had not. Was not aware it was available, now I am. Sydney was, and has been, aware of a skin issue I have been having, and has treated accordingly.

I was greeted by friendly receptionists who were able to answer all my questions. The massage therapist, Al, is friendly & talented in relieving my stress & pain. Overall I always have a wonderful experience when I come in.
