Hand and Stone

Waasn't told upfront that my membership massage should take place after I'm billed. I had my massage scheduled for before but they let me pay early. Didn't like that I wasn't told that.

This Hand and Stone outlet is well run and always friendly and immaculate in appearance. The staff is always well qualified and even though my usual facialist was not available at the time I wanted the person offered as a replacement did a fine job.

The location is close and convenient for me. I like the greeting of the receptionists and the waiting experience is pleasant. My therapist listened to my needs and targeted the problem areas I shared with her.

Love my massage therapist. She is the best. Atmosphere is always calm and relaxing.

My massage therapist was highly knowledgeable about my aches and pains and how to mitigate them in my daily routine. He worked on trigger points and provided advice or asked questions as needed to determine the possible root cause.

My 90 minute massage was amazing. My massage therapist was very professional, and the check out process was quick and easy.

It was a great customer service experience and my facial was excellent! All good
