Ryan was a amazing massage therapist.. I had a very stressful week and left feeling relaxed and stress free.. I also added the exfoliating pumpkin foot scrub which I highly recommend

As my first visit, I selected any staff for the massage. They were excited to tell me she was top level but what I didn’t know was that there was an extra charge for this on my bill. I didn’t ask for that. I should have asked but I didn’t really understand the hand treatment or that it would take away time from my massage time. I wish that was clearer on your website. I would have skipped it as I just wanted a longer massage on my hands. My fault. Everything was Beautiful and clean and everyone was very nice. I wished they would have explained the membership more before trying to sell it. I didn’t understand the benefits before the price was explained. I did enjoy it overall just a few things made it less than what I was hoping for and I didn’t want to speak up. Was only there to relax

I could not book online, the website is terrible. I gave up and called and was told they showed my appointment in process. I went back online and it was not showing in process or available so I again gave up. This time I received a text asking if I still wanted the appointment. I replied explaining the appointment was not on my account/profile and I could not book it. They finally ended up booking it for me. The website consistently has issues and needs to be fixed. The pricing is also pretty high unless you sign up to have money deducted from your account which I will not do.
