Overall yes. Just I routinely tell scheduling the hours I work and they still try to schedule on my work hours. Also not enough sports therapists I enjoy.

Some of the comments were just N/A but sugar wasn’t an option. Also my serum was sold out at the time of my appointment. Overall, as always it was great.

This location apparently painted during hours on Saturday and didn't take the time nor effort to air out the facility. It still stunk of paint when I was there Sunday, it gave me a headache, and it's not a safe work environment for the staff.

Misuse was terrific! Receptionist was so nice but asked more than once why I don’t want to book another appt or sign up for membership. Asked details so I had to explain. Seems like she had pressure to hit sales goal - made the end feel more like a numbers game than a salon quality experience.

I don’t believe this is specific to the location or individuals I interacted with, rather the business model of training your employees to push products and memberships onto customers in a very unattractive manner. It’s not relaxing to have to fight sales techniques and be asked “why I don’t want to join a monthly membership”.
