Appointment availability. Threatening to charge me if I canceled in 24 hrs. Yet hand and stone cancels, and that's ok.?. No membership perks. Been a client for many years. Considering canceling membership.

I was sick in January and rescheduled my appointment for February. Upon closing out the receptionist said I had booked a rewards appointment and so used all my points which I responded I didn't as it would have been a credit. The credit was used for the extra time. If I had fully understood I wouldn't have done and booked a full massage and paid for the time. The policy had changed which made it confusing what I was using to pay for the massage. I've been a member for four years and had accumulated quite a few points but I had planned to use my Jan/Feb credit and schedule another massage for my rewards. Previously a full service was about 1000 points which I had planned to use then with this booking it took 7000 points which was a disappointment to see. I've run into a few issues or confusion before on how I was being billed for services which was the result of my large point accumulation. Overall I felt duped by the change which isn't on the receptionist but overall was left unsatisfied with how this transaction played out. I've been a member for years and was quite disappointed at the change and use of billing.

I wish I hadn't engaged in conversation, as I really just wanted to relax. I also just really would like someone to work on the areas that are really bothering me and not do a fluffy massage

The spa is showing wear and tear, seats torn walls in need of paint and cleaning.

I wanted more pressure like a deep tissue massage. A lotion was use which kept drying up very quickly I wish she would use an oil.

Members should have better offers and discounts on treatments. Also they should give free (even small would be appreciated) gifts on birthdays and main holidays.

The price of adding a LED as an additional service is really expensive as well as other add ons.
