They rescheduled my appt quickly. My Estetician is very conversational and makes me feel comfortable. It was easy to tip at checkout.

From walking in, the ambiance was very calming and the receptionist were friendly. The wait time was almost nothing and my massage therapist asked me what my problem areas were. She informed me of the process and how she was going to go about it. She was very knowledgeable and I left feeling very relaxed
