What a lovely experience! The receptionist Meredith was very polite, warm, and welcoming. Since this was my first time at the spa, she walked me through the process with ease. After my facial was complete and I was checking out, she took the time to go over the other services and programs that Hand & Stone offered. My esthetician was Laura and my facial with her was wonderful. She asked open-ended questions to determine my needs and then offered great suggestions based on my answers. The proceedure was informative, relaxing, and my skin looks great! Both ladies made me feel valued as a client.
