I was highly satisfied with the friendliness of the receptionists, as well as the therapist. I was also very thankful for the way my request, was handled and the situaltion resolved.

The therapist was good. Pressure used was good. The place was clean & quiet.

My service was wonderful and esthetician was so lovely and helpful.

Ladies at the front desk were warm & welcoming. The massage therapist exceeded my expectations. Checkout was fast & easy.

I was highly satisfied!! Quentin is wonderful. However, my wife and I like to get massages at the same time and the ladies side of the house appears highly dis-functional with therapists not showing up or schedules constantly changing. The women's side of the "house" appears to need some work.

Clean facility. Friendly staff. The esthetician also does massages and is excellent at both.

The staff are friendly and kind. I always feel welcome. The waiting room, bathrooms, and massage rooms are clean and inviting. The massage was was amazing. I have recommended Hand and Stone to friends and family multiple times over the years! The rewards and member program is the way to go!
