I absolutely love my facials with Robert! He is very knowledgeable and caring!!! He always make sure make face is glowing and smooth!! He is extremely professional as well. I love how he makes sure I’m comfortable and at ease during my service!! The beat facials I’ve ever had! I love Robert! A-1 treatment!!!

Upon arrival I was greeted by all 3 of the very friendly front desk staff, and the manager. Right off the bat I felt warm and welcomed! The spa was nice, neat, and well organized. I throughly enjoyed my facial. H&S Fleming Island always provides a consistently wonderful experience. I can’t wait to return!

I always have a great relaxing massage at Hand and Stone. Although there are just no other therapists that come close to the skills of my regular therapist Juan, I have MJ a try. He was good, wish he applied a little more pressure which he did once I requested. I wish he would have asked up front how the pressure was. I wasn’t sure is it was going to get progressively stronger or stay soft.. ( and it stayed soft until I spoke up). He was very nice and thorough. And most importantly, on schedule! I will likely try others and see if I can find a good alternative when Juan is not in.

Sarah was a great listener and knowledgeable in helpful with my issues. Explained upcoming treatments we could work on. If she wasn’t so booked, I would go back sooner!
