I had some tenderness on my neck area and MJ was careful and gentle. MJ techniques such as level of pressure and calming slow movements transitioning from one area to another helps me relax and ultimately release any tension in my muscles. He is amazing!

My massage therapist Alisha was very knowledgeable of the body anatomy And was able to pinpoint spots where are my muscles were tense she has obviously had a lot of experience in massage therapy
