Hand and Stone

I return to this Hand and Stone specifically for the massage therapist. Samantha understands my bodies needs and helps immensely. One thing I was disappointed with was that she used a peppermint oil once and it helped so much! so I asked for it again. she obliged and I was charged $10 extra for her to use something that before had not been added as extra $10. With the twice a month that I come plus the long drive to get there and the points I accrue, I feel this was outlandish to charge extra for when I am a faithful and twice a month customer every year.

From the greeting through the massage everyone is very welcoming. My therapist was great and was able to help me relax while working out tight muscles. He was also accommodating to the massage pressure I needed.

I've enjoyed being a regular at a massage provider and being able to make appointments with the same therapist. It is also nice to be able to try other therapists style to find one that fits, without having to look at other businesses.

I am so happy with the quality of care my esthetician, Natalia, shows me. She always makes sure my skin is looking fabulous and spends extra attention on areas of concern.

Yuni is very nice and very friendly. I feel that she is very interested in my specific needs and has given me good advice for products. She doesn't talk too much so I am able to relax when I want to.

The overall atmosphere is calming and welcoming and I received the best massage to date from Angelica. My daughter and I were so pleased with the service that we’ve both decided to sign up for Hand and Stone’s membership package. Thank you for your care. We look forward to seeing you all again soon.

The massage therapist helped me to relax and relieve tension in my shoulders and neck. The ambiance is relaxing and pleasant. I like the music.

This is was my first time at Hand and Stone. I was a bit nervous coming into my appointment but it all melted away after I arrived. The staff was kind, the ambience was lovely and I had a great massage experience with my massage therapist. A massage can feel so vulnerable, but Cynthia made me feel completely at ease and provided significant relief. I was overall very well cared for. I’ve already booked my next appointment!
