Hand and Stone

I followed Samantha from Massage envy to Hand and Stone which is quite a drive for me. I live in N. Seattle and I NEED massage but find the price including gas, distance from where I live a BIT high priced.

The therapist is very knowledgeable and did as I asked.

I received a massage and facial as my first experience at Hand and Stone. The massage portion was very good and the therapist did address most of my problem areas except I did notice it was a little less than a full hour. However, still impressed and appreciate that they listened to my needs. The facial was very relaxing and the esthetician went above and beyond to make my experience personable and customized to my needs. My skin felt hydrated a couple days after.

Called looking for an appointment asap and there was an opening that afternoon. Made follow up massage in person. Helpful staff

I really appreciate my esthetician. She is wonderful. I am just frustrated with the Rewards program/process...It got out of control during COVID.

Ames was professional, friendly, listened to my preferences, and used good pressure. She also had a nice technique that was relaxing and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time.

The message therapist was very careful to make sure she was meeting my expectations. She had a perfect combination of firmness and gentle hands. She concentrated on the areas I requested withiut neglecting other areas. I would come back to her for my next massage.
