You should really take a look at how you want people to see you when they enter the door - and that starts with the receptionists. You had one girl with half of a shirt on, one with purple hair, nose ring and looked like she rolled out of bed and the other one that could have been a librarian. You should consider taking a hard stand on visual acuity.
