I enjoyed not feeling like I had to hold a conversation. My therapist did a great job balancing between a Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. I need to call and get her info because it was everything I needed.

I came in for a facial and expressed concern over my wrinkles. The gal recommended doing a microdermabrasion procedure. I did it and was very happy with the results.

Christy is by far my favorite Esthetician, I’ve been to many different Estheticians in my life because of my problem skin, however, I have found Christy to be the best. She is incredibly kind and thoughtful with her clients. She listens to you and what your skin needs. I live in Issaquah and will drive up to Mill Creek just to see her for my facials. I did not like anyone at the Bellevue location. She provides such a calm presence yet does such a thorough job with my skin where I feel the difference when I leave. Prior to my appointment I overheard someone complain about not getting a facial massage with their facial and it really upset me. They clearly do not understand all of what entails a facial and it was evident that she arrived late to her appointment as well. This lady clearly wanted a discount and did not want to leave without one, I hope she does not leave a bad review for anyone because clearly she was in the fault for coming late and for not clearly understanding what a facial entails.

The massage was excellent. I need to clarify with a manager about gift cards as there seems to be confusion about it most of the time I come in. I bought 3 BOGO massage deals last November (that would be for 6 1 hour massages total) and had 2 treatments left over from 2020 last fall. I had a massage in Feb, June and Sept. The receptionist told me that any gift cards from 2020 had expired after a year (when before I had been told I only had left the ones without an expiration date from 2020). She told me I had no massage cards left but later found one when I pressed her, although it was $20 short. I still don't have an answer or a clear way of checking how many massage cards I have left.
