I have been a member since July and all my services have been amazing. the technicians have been super professional and great with customer service. I am looking forward to come for more! I am also glad there is waxing services ! yaay!

Receptionist knows my name each time I come in. Massage therapist, Samantha, is very knowledgeable and gifted. I have received more alleviation of problem areas with Samantha than with other massage companies.

Loved my esthetician, the service itself was great! When I checked in the internet was down so the check in process took awhile to get my appointment started and at the end the esthetician said that I had agreed to an upgrade and owed $20 but I never agreed to it. (which ive been going there awhile and normally she always asks if I want one but she didn't this time) The front desk girl took care of the charge and made a note on my account to not have anymore upgrades with my facials which I really appreciated. Overall highly satisfied even with the issues.
