My therapist was friendly. My therapist worked on the areas I asked for. My therapist relieved a lot of tension I had.

I was disappointed they couldn't do the cold stone facial, I thought maybe if they wore gloves and inserted them under the mask that it would be possible but I understand why with the mask restriction.

the ethnitician was really good, she was very kind, very good at her job, and really helped my skin, I wanted to stay another hour she was so awesome

Hand and Stone in Mill Creek is farther than other branches, but it is worth the drive for me! The reception is very welcoming and fast. Ultimately it's about the massage, and Keri is exceptional. Highly recommend!

My massage therapist Stanley stated that I could continue with my Swedish Massage but after he felt my posterior side he suggested that I would benefit more with a therapeutic massage so he gave me the option. I did not tell him where my problem areas were and he knew exactly where they were. I was amazed by his knowledge and skills to determine where my tensions were. When the massage sadly ended, I was so relaxed. Stanley's massage was the best massage I've ever had in my life. The amount of pressure and the technique that he used was excellent and it really helped release the severe tensions I had on my neck, shoulder, and lumbar region.
