Cynthia always asks if there is anything in particular I'd like her to focus on, but remembers from previous visits what is most effective for me. She also applies a variety of techniques and I always feel like a million bucks when I leave. I had previous experiences where I had little to no improvement with tight muscles and was bruised and sore for two days. I have never had any bruising or soreness afterwards with Cynthia, which is why I have continued to book my next appointment immediately following my massages now and request to only book with her. She does an outstanding job and her professionalism is top notch.
