Everything was wonderful from the moment I walked in. The lobby smelled so good and the receptionist was very friendly and answered the questions I had about some of the other services I read about in the menu. My massage was AMAZING! I told her I wanted for relax and some extra love on my back and neck that had been sore, and she delivered 100%! The pressure was perfect, not to "pinchy" like some massages can be, and she made sure to not get extra oil in my hair which I had mentioned I would like to avoid. It was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be back - next week in fact for a facial! :)

Massage therapist used the right amount of pressure and worked/focused on the areas that I asked her to. She kept conversation to a minimum and the room was comfortable. Music could have been a little more soothing but very happy with my time.

It's been awhile since I had been at Hand and Stone and wasn't familiar with the estheticians. My esthetician was Natalia and she was great! Will be going back to see her regularly.
