Randy and I had our first experience with the Mill Creek Location and we are hooked. Everyone was friendly, professional, clean and safe environment. Massages helped us function again! Thank You!

The overall experience exceeded my expectations. It also exceeded my previous experience when trying out a different spa (not a Hand & Stone). The staff really listened to our needs and wasn't overly pushy with extra services or products. I was provided the options, but didn't feel like I was being coerced into more if I couldn't buy or pay for it that day.

Within 6 months, Christy wiped away decades of damage I inflicted on my face. I continue to have acne into my 50's, but she did not think it strange or 'shamed' me, as I've experienced in some places. She tried different things that may help, but having the flexibility of two different lines of products meant she can choose exactly what I need. She also never suggested I dive in head first. She suggests one item a visit. I don't feel pressured. I use what she recommends, see improvements, and then I want more! I have my son coming to her now for his acne. I cannot say enough great things about Christy's facials.
