Massage was wonderful. The therapist was excellent and gave a very pleasurable experience.

Everything went great from time I entered and left. There was a little confusion with checkout, since I had received (full body massage + facial) this as my “soon to be mom” gift. There was no notes on how payment was suppose to be done. I had two services that was suppose to be paid separately but ended up having one friend to pay for it all. In the end everything was handled well but a note in the computer system would have been great.

The massage room is clean and sanitary, which was really comforting during covid times. My masseuse applied perfect pressure, and helped my achy muscles calm down. The CBD oil that was recommended to help my muscle inflammation worked amazingly! I felt more refreshed than I have in a long time after a massage!

Genesis listened to my concerns and addressed those areas. She checked in during the massage and adjusted her pressure perfectly. The gals at the desk were very lovely and made check in and out super easy.

Nick is a great massage therapist. Knowledgeable and always concerned with helping relieve pain/stress in whatever area is bothering me.

Nick is great. His knowledge and awareness of what I need help with is spot on.

Just switched to Mill Creek store after Shorelines closing. Was sad to loose my therapist there. Cynthia was my new therapist at mill creek and she was terrific. Was not sure if I was going to want to continue membership as Mill Creek is not as convenient as Shoreline was for me. After the session, I knew I'd be comming back. Overall the spa experience was wonderfull.

Had not been in since February due to pandemic. Was very happy to schedule within a few days of my call and Christy was GREAT1

Having the same therapist makes a big difference and Sam was able to help relief a bit of tension for me!
