The receptionist, there were three of them, were so incredibly nice. Also coming in during Covid was intimidating and all of the measures were in place and I felt very safe!!

I really enjoy being pampered and I find my experiences at your Spa to accomplish this beautifully. I have only had positive experiences at this Hand and Stone.

I felt very comfortable with my esthetician. She was easy to talk to and my skin felt so hydrated and wonderful after the appointment.

Employee was very helpful regarding the pain in my shoulders and offered great advice to keep me out of pain. She was very attentive to my problem areas. She was amazing with the amount of pressure and attention.

My esthetician is wonderful. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. I was super disappointed that Inslee restricted Facials and I wasn't able to get one for a while, but I feel the facility is clean and I feel comfortable and safe getting services there.

The receptionist was very sweet and welcoming. Samantha is very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like I got everything I needed worked on in the time I was there!
