My esthetician was very friendly and educational regarding all the products she used during my appointment. She explained to me how the membership program works, without being pushy about it. I upgraded to the detox facial and wasn’t sure exactly how it made the facial better, so would have liked more of an explanation of exactly what I was getting for my money, but I am satisfied with the service I received.

All my concerns were addressed and I was very happy with the results.

The massage therapist is highly skilled. The massage helps me with my aches and pains and it is affordable for me. The environment is comfortable and close to home.

I booked a message and facial for myself and my sister for her birthday....had a great experience. Very satisfied with the staff and the facility. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere.

I was very satisfied at this location vs the one in Redmond, so glad I went to the one in Mill Creek otherwise I was considering in cancel my membership. The label of service was what I expect every time I go to a professional spa.
