Very Courteous, welcoming. Ask if we needed water. The facial lady told me what products I needed. When I go next time she will help me.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Love the new chairs in the waiting room. Made my next appointment with ease.

Saturday was going to be my last appointment w irh H&S as I have moved. However, Nate was so great I was inspired to renew my membership. I will be back soon!

Therapist mentioned some specific things around an area I asked her to concentrate on and she was spot on! Clearly very knowledgeable! Will request her in the future for sure

My esthetician was amazing. Was very knowledgeable about my skin concerns and took every effort to treat my problem areas. She also provided me with product samples to ensure I took care of my skin. Seeing that it works I also purchased some full size products. Leann is the best.

I came in with major back problems and was able to schedule with Nate. He was so fantastic from start to finish with helping with my problems and I walked out feeling so much better. Nate has a special power that many do not and I will definitely be back for maintenance and prevention of further issues to my back! Thank you!!

Leann, my aesthetician is amazing. She is very knowledgeable about skincare. She is also always pleasant during the visit. I look forward to the hour decompressing during the service.
